Here's a template which replicates the setup that I use for this.
This lets me see engagement with content that I share by channel (e.g. twitter vs LinkedIn), date and which content was most popular so that I can create more of it!

Schedule view - I use this table to draft and schedule my posts. The Board view makes it easy to update the Status of my posts.
Analytics view - Once my post is live, I set a reminder in the Update Stats On column, to check my posts stats in a weeks' time. The I record the stats for each post.
Channel Analytics view - See average / total engagement for each channel.
