This template provides an all-encompassing system for organising and monitoring employee development and feedback.
It's based on 15Five and manages to replicate quite a lot of the software, which costs $7 per user, per month.
In case you're not familiar with this type of system:
The fundamental concept is that each week employees are encouraged to spend 15 minutes writing a report (the Weekly Updates), that takes a manager no more than five minutes to review.
