This template provides an all-encompassing system for organising and monitoring employee development and feedback.
It's based on 15Five and manages to replicate quite a lot of the software, which costs $7 per user, per month.
In case you're not familiar with this type of system:
The fundamental concept is that each week employees are encouraged to spend 15 minutes writing a report (the Weekly Updates), that takes a manager no more than five minutes to review."
The purpose of 15Five is to bring employees closer together as a team, surface issues before they become problems, and make sure they have a reliable place to share their feedback on what's going well & what can be improved."

High Fives - employees can post messages to thank and praise teammates for outstanding work
Weekly Updates - employees can submit updates which can only be read by members of the management team
Career Trajectory + Wins & Challenges - can be recorded inside the company directory pages by employees too
1-on-1s - employees and their managers can organise weekly catch ups and keep track of resulting action items
Sentiment Reporting - review and analyse employee sentiment across the company
Company Directory - record the organisation hierarchy, for quick reference and as the foundation for onboarding processes etc.
